Please log in to your Gadget Guru account to cancel your order and the payment will be automatically refunded to your account.


✅Shipped Orders: Returns can be requested unconditionally within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping cost may be waived due to product quality problems or wrong products sent, otherwise customer should pay shipping cost.
Returned products must be confirmed that there is no man-made damage affecting secondary sales and the condition is new or near new, otherwise they will not be accepted.


Return and refund service will not be provided in the following cases:


❎It is requested beyond 30 days after the date of purchase.
❎A product sent to Gadget Gourou for return and refund service does not include all original accessories, attachments, packaging or gifts included in the original order, or any item is not in new or new condition. like new, i.e. with cracks, dents. or scratches.
