The delivery time and transportation time are for reference only.
All days above are working days.
If payment is delayed, the processing time will be extended.
Shipping costs will be automatically charged at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping costs are not charged immediately.
Countries we deliver to: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR of China, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and France.
2. Delivery address
Please make sure we have your correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You can use PO boxes as your shipping address. But some items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Bulk items, valuables, perishable goods, age-restricted items, or items shipped by private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be successfully delivered.
Items cannot be delivered to restricted security areas such as military bases.
We may also indicate in product listings that they are unable to ship products to PO Boxes.
Items are temporarily unavailable in these states in America: Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Guam/Armed Forces Pacific/Armed Forces Europe/Armed Forces America.
3. Shipping time
Generally, the delivery time is between 7 to 15 days. However, during certain order peaks, it can increase to 30 days.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email, which includes your order number, express information and parcel tracking number. You can also track the status of your order via email or our website. Items regarding order modification, refund processing, shipping update, etc. will be notified to you in real time via email.
5. Delivery problems
Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you left in your contact information on the checkout page or to the email address you used to register your account. If the email address you left is invalid or not used, we will not be responsible for any risk or loss resulting therefrom.
If you change your mind halfway through, don't just reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation, and we will handle the return for you according to our return/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package resulting from rejection.
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please feel free to contact our customer service (info@gadgetgourou.com ) within 30 days of the order date. For other orders, products and logistics-related issues, please contact our customer service within 60 days of the order date.
If there is any damage to the package and/or the products inside, or if one or more items are missing, please contact us at info@gadgetgourou.com within the day with photos and/or videos.
