Our shipping policy

Delivery time and transportation time are for reference only.
All days above are business days.
If payment is delayed, processing time will be extended.
Delivery costs will be automatically charged at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery costs are not currently charged.
The material processing time will be extended during the promotion period.



2. Delivery address

Please make sure we have your correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You can use PO boxes as your shipping address. But some items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Oversized products, valuable items, perishable items, age-restricted products, or items shipped by private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be successfully delivered.

Items cannot be delivered to restricted security areas such as military bases.

We may also indicate in product listings that they are unable to ship products to PO Boxes.

Items are temporarily unavailable in these states: Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Guam/Armed Forces Pacific/Armed Forces Europe/Armed Forces of America.



3. Shipping time

You may see longer delivery times than you are used to on other e-commerce sites. This is because items may come from another country or need to be grouped or packaged with other items of similar size. Other external factors, such as current events or carrier delays, may change the actual arrival time of your item.



4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm the details of your order. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number. You can also track the status of your order by email. Items regarding order modification, refund processing, shipping update, etc. will be notified to you in real time by email.



5. Delivery Issues

Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you left in your contact details on the checkout page or to the email address you used to register your account. If the email address you left is invalid or not in use, we will not be responsible for any risk or loss resulting therefrom.

If you change your mind midway, don't just reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation, and we will arrange the return for you in accordance with our return/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package resulting from rejection.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service (info@gadgetgourou.com ) in within 30 days of delivery. order date.
